Ted Dimberio, P.E.
Ted has worked for two rural electric cooperatives for 26-years in the areas of field design, supervision and management.  Ted was one of the few staking engineers in the country performing field design while holding a professional engineering license.  Ted was also a consulting engineer for 8-years and performed work order inspections for 12 rural electric cooperatives and engineering projects in nine states.

Ted is currently President of Line Design University and President & CFO of Utility Line Design.  The emphasis of these companies is to provide the line design tools and education to improve the line design environment.  Ted is a professional engineer in the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Teresa Hasbrook
Teresa is an expert and leader-among-leaders in the customer service field.  She has 31-years of experience as a customer service manager for a rural electric cooperative, successfully managing a large customer service department serving multiple locations and organizations.  Teresa helps everyone’s talents to meet customer needs.  Teresa is a Certified Play at Your Strengths® trainer, coach and team-builder.  She has worked with the Play to Your Strengths Talent system since 2004.
